Client Feedback
Each Gaba client is assigned a counselor, or tantou, who follows the client's progress. The counselors encourage their clients to flag any concerns. Beyond this tantou system, there are two other ways in which clients give us feedback: Client Voices, which are web-based surveys and questionnaires, and Instructor Evaluations, or web-based lesson evaluations.
